East of Europe – vegetarian cooking

This course celebrates the food and flavours as you look east and south from Europe. We discover a range of exotic dishes made with rich herbs and warm spices and a fusion of vegetables and fruits. Dishes we make include stuffed flatbreads, shakshuka, labneh (yoghurt- cheese), tajine with harissa & preserved lemons and my favourite – lahmacuns (Turkish pizzas)!

I shall be joined Emily’s South Asian course in September – hopefully meet lots more nice people! (Jackie, East of Europe course)

Excellent instruction- relaxed, knowledgeable, approachable – exactly what I wanted. (Paul, Breadmaking)

Very enjoyable course at just the right level. Very impressed with the facilities… all the equipment and everything you needed. Staff were great, worked at the right pace, didn’t feel rushed. The course … enabled you to learn all you needed… so you could repeat the dishes at home easily. I have recommended it to others.  (Alan, East of Europe, June 2017)
