Join Herbalist Heather Ware to look at the many ways in which herbs can support us during the winter months. The Darkness and cold weather put extra pressure on our bodies, our resources. As winter draws on, so often we feel low on energy and succumb to infections like coughs and colds. Its the perfect time to turn to our plant allies… those of which can be gathered during times of more abundant warmth and light and stored and preserved for all year use. We’ll cover ways to support vitality and resilience with herbs in general as well as specific remedies for common winter ailments. There will be lots of medicines to taste and you’ll make a herbal chest rub to take away with you.
