Reviews and feedback

I was very happy with this course. It was really useful to actually get to make the beer – I actually did another beer course before, somewhere else, but I found this one much more helpful as it was hands-on. Also I got a lot more for my money than I thought I would (Richard)

I thoroughly enjoyed the session. It was a great way of de-mystifying the process. And thank you for dropping off the bottles too and the offer of continued support! (Andy)

Didn’t realise that I got so much equipment to keep! (Paul)

Taught me everything I needed to know to go away and create great beer. Highly recommended. (Oliver)

I enjoyed the course, found it really informative. The cookery school was easy to find and had good parking. The beer I made is really nice, I am quite impressed with it! It was good to learn how to do full scale brewing, rather than just from a kit. The tutor was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. (Jonathan)

I had never made beer before, so was a complete novice. The tutor was very good. I made an absolutely gorgeous floral summer ale. I would recommend this course to others. (Joanna, Feb 2017)
