You see how the bread is created as you enjoy a little aperitif. Emily then demonstrates the stages of a parmigiana, a Mediterranean speciality – as you make yours. She goes on to show you the makings of a perfect tapenade, a Provençal favourite to taste with the bread – also taking some away some tapenade in a small jar. Expect quality ingredients whilst embracing the Mediterranean lifestyle.
